Orchestra FM ("we", "our", "us") operates the Orchestra mobile and web application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

- Photos: images captured during audits and inspections
- Device information: device type and OS version for crash reporting
- Usage data: app interactions for performance monitoring

3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Authentication) hosted on Google Cloud. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only accessible to authorized users within your organization.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days upon request.
